Hmmm, dont feel too familiar with this old thing anymore. So caught up with the world of FaceBook and that stuff outside the front door.
Immediate writers block is not very reassuring.
Well, i think some of the last times I wrote I was working in a furniture store, and living in a derelict building in town. The main changes are that I am now a 2nd year Electrical Apprentice, loving it, and living in a not-derelict building in town.
I fell in love with MUSE. Their music touched me in a really new and interesting way. Has brought me to enjoy and savor music as I really hadn't before.
I continue to enjoy taking photos, but my nice camera broked and so I have been unable to do fun stuff for a while. Have a basic one that I have been able to trick into taking some nice photos for me, but been gettin to know a girl who is really into it and she has inspired a new fire to take photos more reqularly!
I still SCUBA dive, though not nearly as regularly as I would like.
I am now a Scout leader, which is the most awesome thing ive done with my life.
I started a Rover crew, which is an outdoor themed activity group.
Any questions or comments, let me know. Good to see some familiar names. Durry, i lost the teapot. I hope one day a team of Sherpa's discover it and return your soul.

What happened to LJ? Is there a competitive typists world, please dont tell me the MSN Contact Card has taken over. Not a real complaint, just miss the 15 or so people who would help me waste the time before I go to sleep.
I suppose it has been a while since I have supported the system that supports me, so here is my bi-yearly spot. I want a new house, dont like mine. Off hiking this weekend, a second section of the great north walk for us. have wandered from the lonely train station at Wondabyne, head of the Brisbane Waters, all the way to lovely Girrakool and back again. Has anyone here done the Great North Walk?
We are in training for World Youth Day (though ill be old then :P), we are going to complete the trip from Newcastle to Sydney on the Great North Walk, arriving in Sydney for the World Youth Day events.
I joined the Scouts as an adult leader. A lot of fun so far, learning knots again. They pay for training courses, the most attractive for me being the Abseiling course!! A lot to look forward too.
Anyone eaten at Cafe Supply in town?

I went to a school pageant in Aberdeen on Thursday.
Two main things are stuck in my mind:
A) AD's brother sold me some Gingerbread men...but they turned out to be Shortbread men. Which was good because i cant stand gingerbread.
B) I went to a stall and asked for a Coke and a Sprite, and the lovely lady gave me a Fanta.
Other than that it was pretty shit. |

Hello people who may or may not know me.
My name is Dave. Just some heads up on future events.
On the 4th December Robert Brooker and myself (Dave) are hosting an Xmas party at our house.
Unit 17/67 Watt St
Newcastle.
Its the tall building near the Hospital in town. Near the grand. Bring everything. We will provide seating, a venue, light snacks, floor space and many a laugh with our incredible antics. No presents required, though sexual favours will be accepted in the green room.

Hello everyone,
My name is Dave, I used to live with AD, Dan, emporerodin. I am not sure how many of you remembered it, but I thought I should let you all know that the Spoon was murdered today.
It died in a sand ball related incident. I am mounting the remains on a board for display in the National Museum.
The spoon originated (in my life) from Denman dump when i was but 6 years old. It has sat still most of that time, but occassionally it would be used as the Sequest DSV, a big spoon, part of a soul trapping device (yay Durry) and most recently, a cricket bat. It performed badly at the latter, catching the sand and breaking the head right from its neck.
I would like anyone reading this to please have a one minutes silence. Respond with some thoughts when you have.
